Olivia was such a dream to work with in looking for a promotional item that fit our needs. She gave me several options and was very proactive in offering alternatives and price points that fit our budget. The order was produced and delivered in a matter of days. Best Service Ever
Leslie Marcum was the best person we have worked with in a long time. She was very professional and not pushy at all. This was our first time dealing with Flashbay for promotional items and it exceeded our expectations. From the website to customer service to the art department they worked with us every step of the way. There was clear communication and they made sure we were 100% satisfied. Was so satisfied with the 1st order we placed a 2nd order a week later and now looking to get more from them. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
