Customer Service from Hieu was always quick and helpful. They made sure I got the designs I wanted, worked with every update I needed and were so quick at getting me samples to help me make my decision. The product came quickly and looks really great.

Everything is great!
The customer service is impeccable! They did a great job helping with designs and finalizing engravings for some of our items. The production and delivery are prompt and fast!! Our rep checked in with us once the order was delivered to make sure everything was alright with the order (it was!). They're doing it right!
