The parts of my experience I appreciated the most was Shelby's communication and timeliness. Shelby was very communicative and transparent about what to expect. Everything was delivered on-time and what I had expected. Even though our primary form of communication was through email, I didn't have to wait more than 24 hours to get a response which relieved the stress of a deadline on my end.
