I was impressed by the great and fast communication. It was the best experience I’ve had with promotional products. The Flashbay team prepared several examples of the products with our logo, which was very helpful. The production and delivery were very fast — everything was completed within 14 days. The products are high quality and offered at some of the best prices in the EU.

Rachel kept in touch with me, making sure I was satisfied with my designs. Then she also made suggestions for products that would work better for me. I appreciate that I was kept apprised of the status of my order and that when I received it, that I was happy with the results.
