Great customer service and responsiveness
The process of submitting a design for the product on the website was very easy and then the responsiveness throughout the process of ordering and getting a quote for impressive. Also, the check-in from a representative about how the products turned out for us after we received them was just the cherry on top. Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend Flashbay to anyone looking for custom products and great customer service.

High Quality Products
We had a great experience with Flashbay from start to finish. The items we ordered with our company logo turned out excellent—the print quality was sharp, the products themselves were high quality, and everything looked very professional.
Marcus Quincy was especially helpful throughout the process. He was responsive, easy to work with, and made sure everything went smoothly. His communication and attention to detail made the experience stress-free.
We're very happy with the final products and would definitely recommend Flashbay to anyone looking for quality branded merchandise.
Skvělá spolupráce a rychlost
Ráda bych velice pozitivně ohodnotila dodavatele. Komunikace byla naprosto perfektní a rychlost dodání objednávky byla úžasná. Vše proběhlo bez problémů a s takovou spoluprací jsem opravdu velmi spokojená.
Doporučuji tohoto dodavatele všem, kteří hledají spolehlivého a rychlého partnera.
Recommend!
I am a brand new client for them, I was in a hurry to order before my holidays so I could receive the order on time.
I talked to Nicholas who has answered every single questions and request I had for days until I ordered. Thanks to the order process I felt serene to order as I had the visual of what I was ordering, I knew how long it was going to take until I receive the items, I received an email to let me know each stage of the order so I didn't have to think or worry about anything.
The delivery happened quickly and the order is exactly what I expected. Very pleased!

Exceeded expectations
Flashbay was fantastic to work with. They were able to accommodate my needs in a tight timeline, and my items (which turned out beautifully) shipped and arrived well before I expected, which really put my mind at ease. RJ was very helpful, friendly, super quick to respond, and a pleasure to work with. I'd definitely recommend.
