Great customer service and responsiveness
The process of submitting a design for the product on the website was very easy and then the responsiveness throughout the process of ordering and getting a quote for impressive. Also, the check-in from a representative about how the products turned out for us after we received them was just the cherry on top. Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend Flashbay to anyone looking for custom products and great customer service.

Outstanding Customer Service
We were very pleased by the services provided by Flashbay. I reached out for a quote and was contacted in less than 15 minutes. Once speaking with our service rep Kevin Mun, we had samples delivered the following morning! The presentation and quality of the samples was outstanding. Kevin stayed in constant contact to ensure our order went smooth. We were blown away by the entire process and highly recommend this company! Kevin even called to ensure we were pleased with our product. Production and shipping were very quick as well!
