A good collection of items to choose from. A clean process to provide custom print images, confirmation of the end product. Very crisp communication by the sales representative. Finally product delivered on time, just what we asked for!

I had a great experience working with Rachel Gutierrez. She helped me source a new water bottle for my company and created a logo that fit perfectly. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and she was incredibly easy to work with. She helped facilitate everything smoothly and made sure the order shipped very quickly. I definitely look forward to working with her again in the future!

Excellent Service
Service level and response time was terrific. I had numerous questions, and Nick Mahaleris answered them all patiently. The sample packet (sample of pens) they sent out really sold us, because I could see and feel the quality of the pens. 10/10 - will order again from Flashbay.
